Lillie Square is a development that will total over 800 new homes, adjacent to the Earls Court Masterplan development.

Pentangle was appointed by Capco to take a generic kitchen fit-out specification and layouts for Lillie Square and come up with an optimised specification that not only worked within the cost plan but also met the aspirations of the interior designer and CAPCO for the project.

Pentangle liaised closely with CAPCO, their appointed quantity surveyor and the architect to refine the kitchen layouts and prepared detailed design drawings for each kitchen to tender stage.

Pentangle supplied and installed the kitchens for the marketing suites in Phases 1 & 2.
