This development is a heritage restoration project where three Grade 2 listed Victorian terrace houses in Georgian style containing 36 apartments, were retrofitted sustainably. Pentangle worked closely with the interior designers to ensure buildability whilst preserving the design intent, within the challenges of working in a listed building. The kitchens feature calacatta viola worktops & splashbacks, which were specially selected by the Client from quarried blocks in Italy and prepared and fitted by Pentangle’s stonemasons in the UK.
