Quadrant 4 transformed a 1930’s Art Deco hotel building off Piccadilly Circus in the Soho Conservation Area into 48 luxury apartments.  The Crown Estate had seen one of our previous projects and Pentangle was appointed to supply and install the kitchens.  Pentangle worked closely with both the architect and fit-out contractor, Ellmers, to agree the kitchen specification and achieve the level of quality required on-site, whilst still meeting a very tight cost-plan and project programme.
